As contractors, consultants, educators and coaches, Brian Cain and Steve Gran bring years of practical experience to organizations looking to make improvements, begin or continue their operating excellence journey. By focusing on execution and sustainability, 0 Degree Consulting develops and implements architecture, key connection systems and uses tools that enable organizations to create break through outcomes. By balancing people, process and information systems and creating an environment in which people think differently, organizations can constantly navigate and grow. founX™ was born from a proven process tested, developed, and executed over a ten (10) year period. The system was developed in the consulting industry by the Company’s founders (Steve Gran & Brian Cain). We saw quickly that our success in consulting was based on our ability to keep up with action items and conduct sound efficient meetings. Steve developed a process using Microsoft Excel® that was previously known as The Meeting COMPASS®. As our consulting practice grew, into larger clients, we discovered a need for the software. Partnering with Hedgehog Development, LLC to develop the software Steve & Brian met the managers (Dan Galvez & Peter Madsen) of Hedgehog in 2009.
