What started as a passion project for our Founder, Aqilah Norazman, became a community so inspiring, motivating and supportive, with each of our members working towards one sole purpose of becoming better individuals to realise their biggest potential. That is 1-Habit. 1-Habit is more than just a brand. It’s a way of life. In line with our vision to help people change sustainably, we believe that every single thing we do in life is shaped by the habits we have been brought up with. Which is why doing something like losing weight, building muscle or improving your health is not as easy as following just another meal plan or joining a gym. It requires nurturing, guidance and education so you can learn how to change the habits that is stopping you from getting to where you want to be. Today, with nearly 7 years of existence in the industry, we have crystallised our philosophy and are excited to bring this vision to everyone who believe they need it-What We Do- 1-Habit transforms life by combining Nutrition, Training and Mindset coaching, along with guidance, accountability and mentorship. Here's how we do it: 1-Habit Coaching: All our clients are a part of our Signature Coaching - a four Phase program that helps people get into the best shape of their life, and sustain it. 1-on-1 Personal Training: We also supplement our Signature Coaching program, Gym and Small Group Training with 1-on-1 Personal Training to help push barriers and achieve even better results. Our coaches work collaboratively, from planning training sessions to motivating you in class and with a combined total of over 20 years of experience in the fitness industry, we are here to help you break records, push you past your limits and unlock the extraordinary that you never thought you could.
