1-MW is an energy project company with full implementation capabilities, at the forefront of developing advanced microgrids to empower industries and communities, including hotels, agro-industries, ballparks, data centers, and manufacturers. Our hybrid solutions integrate gas power with renewable energy, enhancing the reliability and performance of power systems. We specialize in the expanding midsize distributed energy market across Latin America, the Caribbean, Africa, and Europe. With solid expertise in energy storage and small hydro power, we provide comprehensive and innovative energy solutions. Our current projects span Antigua, Nigeria, and Macedonia, coordinated from our research hub in Porto. Here, we leverage GIS tools and sophisticated energy system modeling to drive innovation. Reliability and Resilience are key in our blueprint. We develop solutions designed to mitigate climate change impacts, particularly in wildfire-prone regions like Portugal, and areas vulnerable to tropical storms and hurricanes, such as the Caribbean. Interestingly, some of our former competitors, notably consulting firms, have now become our valued customers, recognizing the strength and innovation of our solutions. We seek opportunities to provide value through our consulting and implementation services in projects ranging from 50 KW to 50 MW.
