Founded by Durga Prasad of DP Chocolates PVT LTD and myself, Aparna of Zuci Chocolates, the Academy embodies over three decades of combined expertise in the chocolate industry, pastry, and culinary arts. A cornerstone of the academy launch is its strategic alliance with CyfrOne Business Process Solutions which integrates industry engagement, product management, and strategic business planning, thus spearheading research and development, thereby elevating the industry's profile. We offer a comprehensive 6-week Bakery and Pastry program, alongside specialized weekend workshops and master classes.
