100 Percent Wine donates all profits from the sale of high quality, California wines to charity. More specifically, we donate to charities that help people living with disabilities get and keep jobs. Drink Wine Help People is our motto because we hope those are your favorite two things to do in the world. The more wine we sell, the more people we can help. We believe that a job is the best social program. There are almost 57 million Americans living with a disability. This represents the largest and fastest growing minority in the country. Unfortunately, almost two-thirds of this population is completely out of the workforce. Our goal is to change that. I think everyone remembers the first time their boss told them they did a good job. Remember how motivating that was? I still remember looking at my first paycheck with a sense of awe. My work has value. But a job is so much more than just a paycheck: It’s about dignity and respect.
