100x Harvest

100X Harvest, Inc. exists to create a Community of 100X Givers to support breakthrough projects with high impact to advance the Kingdom of God. OUR STORY 100X Harvest was established in the summer of 2018 by Tim Dosch, David Marshall, and Tom Dosch all Founders of Dosch Marshall Real Estate (DMRE) a commercial real estate land brokerage company in Houston, Texas. Tim, David, and Tom had all previously graduated from The Master’s Program in Houston and as a next step wanted to form an organization that would leverage their resources (time, talent, relationships, influence, and finances) for greater impact across their community and the World. 100X Harvest was created to be a vehicle for successful business professionals to join Tim, David, and Tom to create a community of strategic donors with an investors mindset of supporting breakthrough ministry projects to further God’s Kingdom. Since Tim, David, and Tom run the day-to-day challenges of leading and growing DMRE, Jim and Holly Dosch run the daily operations of 100X Harvest. Jim and Holly seek to connect with ministries, build a community of givers, and identify projects that will “move the needle”. They have traveled across the world seeing firsthand how the investments of 100X Harvest have been put to work and evaluating new and exciting opportunities to partner with ministries. In 2021, Tim, David, and Tom partnered with Britton Church to form a new investment company (Ascent) with the goal of directing more resources for impact. Today, as DMRE’s footprint has grown with offices across the State of Texas and the launching of Ascent, the network of donor partners giving to 100X Harvest projects has also grown. The goal remains to partner with likeminded donors that have a passion for good stewardship of resources and the desire to advance the Kingdom of God by creating a community of 100X Givers.
