10th Support Group

The 10th Support Group is the U.S. Army senior operational headquarters on Okinawa providing command and control for all assigned US Army units and their families. The 10th SG and U.S. Army Okinawa; conduct theater sustainment; execute Reception, Staging, Onward movement (RSO); they also conduct expeditionary logistics in support of the U.S. Army Pacific, Overseas Contingency Operations and the defense of Japan. The 10th SG is the only Brigade-level logistics headquarters in the Pacific Rim (PACRIM); supporting OEF, POLMIL, multi and bi-lateral partnership engagements. The 10th SG Headquarters is strategically postured to provide responsive logistics support throughout the Pacific, with elements on both mainland Japan and the Island of Okinawa.
