Modou Diagne first joined back in 2014 as a Kitchen Porter, working tirelessly over the years to become Head Chef. In 2020 Modou was given ownership of the restaurant, renamed by Modou. Since relaunching in August 2020 Modou and the team are always developing the concept. Two years on, in September 2022, we are excited to introduce the future of by Modou with three tasting menu options. Affordable, fine-dining in the heart of Glasgow’s West End.
