11th Orchard Bitters is a brand new artisan bitters company located in Chicago, Illinois. We make all of our products by hand, the old fashioned way - by letting our ingredients macerate for weeks, infusing unique aromas and flavors. We are one of the first bitters companies in Chicago and the ONLY one to feature ingredients that are local, wild foraged, organic, and indigenous to the Chicagoland area. Being in a large urban city, nature around us is often times unseen, ignored, or forgotten, and people can feel disconnected. We wanted to show that there are incredible flavors all around us - and use those flavors to create exciting cocktails or enhance other drinks like seltzers and teas. All of our products at 11th Orchard Bitters are made with wild foraged or organic flowers, barks, roots, herbs, and spices that have been hand-selected by us for the finest quality and freshness. And we never include any artificial ingredients, preservatives, GMOs, fragrances, oils, or colors.
