Our service helps relieve pressure from emergency departments and reduce the expense and time to patients and communities by reducing travel costs. By providing timely diagnosis and treatment, we’re helping achieve better health outcomes. All of our doctors are highly trained medical professionals who specialise in telehealth consultations. They are also fully qualified and are registered with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) as required by the Medical Board of Australia. At 13 DOCTOR, we’re dedicated to serving the community and making sure there’s help available when you need it. We continue to care after each consultation by sending notes to your regular GP, so you can recover as fast as possible.
