We are a company based in the southern part of the Philippines, specifically Davao city that is focused on Pilates studios called Pilates Plus. We've been in business since 2011 and are dedicated to bringing the benefits of Stott Pilates to our community. We started out small, with just one studio in the heart of the city, but as demand grew, we expanded to two more locations. Now we have a chain of three pilates studios, each with a team of certified instructors who are passionate about helping our clients achieve their fitness goals. At our studios, we specialize in Stott Pilates, a modern approach to the original Pilates method that emphasizes proper alignment, breathing, and core stability.
