We are 1520, a boutique Millennial and Gen Z marketing and employer branding consulting agency based in Apeldoorn, the Netherlands. We have been shaped by our international backgrounds (one Swiss, one German, both a little Dutch), our diverse education, our families and friends, their businesses and by sub- and countercultures. Consequently, ‘1520’ is derived from ‘1520 Sedgwick Avenue’, an apartment building in the Bronx, New York City, that is known as the birthplace of Hip Hop.
