1623 Capital LLC was founded in 2018 by Jeff Fischer and Brian Richards, the Firm’s Chief Investment Officer and Chief Operating Officer, respectively. As the lead portfolio manager of the firm's Flagship fund, the 1623 Pro Fund, Jeff and his investment team run a high-conviction fundamental long/short equity strategy. 1623 Capital is a team of investment professionals headquartered in Alexandria, Virginia.
