Prior to joining 19FUTURESKILLS, Mazhar served as Corporate Head, HR Head, Communications Head and Projects Head of Qarshi Organization (7 IBUs) for 8 years. And previous to that led as Director HR, Operations and Development of the Beaconhouse National University (BNU) for 11 years.
