Founded in 2014 and helmed by marketing industry entrepreneur Martin Lauber, we make minority investments in independent agencies and emerging platforms, then provide the support founders need to scale without giving up control. Our role is simple. We bring capital when it helps and guidance when asked, plus hands on support when it matters.
