My mission is to provide one gate to improve workplaces and workplace design. My passion is both the physical and mental/social workplace. The physical space includes the design, the layout, the interior, furniture, colors, air etc. The mental workplace includes layout, culture, ethics, management, service etc. The two go hand in hand and support or work against each other. To make the optimal workplace both must be addressed and looked after. Sometime a huge change is needed, other times minor changes can have a huge effect.
