Progress Reporting: Regular progress updates and contract compliant programmes. Planning and Sequencing: Plotting the works from start to finish allowing resourcing and accurate cost reporting. Change Management: Seeking and identifying changes to scope and time delays associated. Raising necessary Compensation Events / CVI’s and helping the project recover additional spend and time for delays. Commercial and Disputes: Experience and success in forensic planning and collating site records for claims and disputes. Working with commercial teams to identify opportunities and de-risk projects with a lot of change.
