The current SaaS is broken. Users, documents, and conversations are scattered across all the apps used by a company. While apps have many similar features, they are presented differently, which leads to a poor user experience overall and creates a burden for developers. The common pricing model — a subscription plan based on the number of users and a feature set — may seem simple, but it is not suitable for many companies. It's complicated and a giant mess. We are creating the next SaaS. An open SaaS platform, built on the Web, will handle features commonly found in apps, such as users, organizations, conversations, and invoicing. Thus, users can access anything from a central place. They can create folders to gather related documents, create groups to simplify user management, or attach conversations anywhere, such as folders, documents, or specific parts within them. Additionally, developers can focus on their core business and leave everything else to the platform. This will significantly improve the user experience and remove a heavy burden for developers. Instead of subscription plans, we will offer a pay-as-you-go model so that all possible apps and features are instantly available to use. Everything will be much simpler and more organized. Last but not least, our end goal is not to build a monopolistic SaaS platform that dominates the market, but to establish an open standard that encourages the development of multiple interoperable platforms.
