1st Credit is an award winning global financial services business, operating within credit management, debt purchase and collection. Since February 2017 1st Credit has been part of the global credit management group Intrum. On 1st March 2018 1st Credit changed its name to Intrum - We purchase customer credit accounts from leading UK banks and other lenders and we will work with our customers to provide the most appropriate outcome for their circumstances. This may range from creating individual, bespoke repayment plans if this is appropriate, or agreeing a period of time for the customer to get their finances in order. Our culture is based on ethical practices, fair treatment and creating a positive customer experience. We are the only company within the industry to receive an exceptional Gold accreditation from Investors in Customers for four consecutive years. We are also proud of the support and development our employees receive within Intrum, evidenced by our Gold award for Investors in People in 2017.
