Flexible, Capable and Affordable 2 Aardvarks was created in 2014 to make specialist IT project skills available to small and medium sized companies. Running a successful project is challenging, and requires a wide range of specialist knowledge and expertise. We recognise that its not always feasible to have all the different skillsets you need within your team, and that’s why we’re here to help. Our flexible approach means you can get professional and experienced support when you need it, without committing to full time or permanent contracts. Maybe you need some intensive help for a few weeks with a particular project phase, like project scoping or UX design. Or the scale of your project means you need more regular support, but just one or two days per week. Perhaps you just want occasional guidance and help on an ad-hoc consultancy basis. You may even want us to take the whole thing off your hands and manage the project for you. However you want to structure it, we like to deliver you the maximum value when you need it most. Our clients appreciate the wealth of experience our consultants bring to their organisation, and also the wider industry knowledge and perspective that comes with working across multiple companies. We are hands on, and can function as part of your project team, discussing improvements and best practice as we go along.
