Clarity & coherence We help entrepreneurs and executives navigate the daily chaos that comes with running an organisation, helping them shape the clear and coherent vision they would reach by themselves if they had time and headspace. Confidence & relevance We explore the feasibility and adequation of innovative ideas, and take them from napkin sketch to two years plan in a few months. Using intensive field research, we provide decision makers with a realistic sense of confidence & relevance for innovative ideas, allowing them to decide whether they want to pursue them further. Inspiration & motivation We design and run gatherings focused on inspiration and motivation, using a combination of empathy and common sense. We do not apply ready made recipes, and ask ourselves “what can really bring value to our audience” instead of “what message would we want to push down their throat”.
