We have made significant changes to our business in 2014 driven by the ever changing business environment that our customers compete in. We have restructured our business as a direct result of listening to our UK and European customer’s needs in particular: 1. Choice of services that reduces customer’s costs 2. Easy calculation of physical costs for budgetary justification and control 3. Flexibility in the availability of Quality Assurance assets (ON / Off Switch) 4. Replacement of inefficient, non-dependable agency supplied staff and associated costs 5. Short term Sickness and Absence Cover 6. Extended Payment Terms 2020BP has been developed by key personnel from a former well respected Quality Assurance and Containment company and over the past year, we have been working with a number of 1st and 2nd tier suppliers across the UK and Europe in structuring 2020BP to be more competitive and cost effective than its previous brand. Key Changes :Managed and Unmanaged Service. We have successfully developed and introduced both a managed and unmanaged Service at one of our key UK Customers and this has proven to be very cost effective for the customer. We now offer this service as a standard to all our customers.
