2020 Vision Training run impactful workshops that give people the time and space to figure out 'what next' in their lives. Most of us can recognise the benefits of making a change, but finding the time, energy and sometimes courage to do so when we’re balancing busy work and home lives can be difficult. Co-founders Suzy and Dave designed and developed their new venture drawing on more than 20 years’ experience of helping people and organisations change. Their six-stage process ensures that guests leave with a clear vision and plan; and the tools, techniques and habits to help them deal with change successfully. The team draws on a wide knowledge bank of different fields to create their programmes, including Coaching, Counselling, Team & Leadership Development, Psychotherapy, NLP, Psychometrics, Yoga, Mindfulness and many more. The process can be rewarding, challenging, intense, funny and personal. Guests have time alone to think and reflect; time to build relationships with other guests; and time to share your progress with a small group of people who will be there to support you with your exciting next steps.
