21-5

21-5 is the original model, in which families share a number of homes in small groups. We invented the 21-5 model in November 2008 and since then more than 1,400 families have joined a 21-5 Owners' Association, making 21-5 one of the world's leading models for families sharing private holiday homes. Initially we only invited families from Scandinavia to join our associations. But after receiving numerous requests from families all over the world, we have expanded to include families outside Scandinavia. We invite like-minded families to join our associations. As long as you have the right mindset about sharing holiday homes with other families, you are welcome to join 21-5, no matter where you live. The 21-5 model is simple. 21 families own and share 5 unique holiday homes.
