21 days - Youth for a Mindful Life Association is an association in Hungary that was founded in September 2020. The aim of the association is to work in a social environment (through programs and non-formal workshops), where we provide a structured framework for raising conscious lifestyle awareness amongst the European youth. Main areas are: Emphasizing the importance of self-development and self-knowledge with developing good habits Helping to create an environmentally conscious consumer culture, sustainable life-models Creating a community where mindfulness is a key idea Promoting active citizenship We are active on both local and international level.
