212 Resources, LLC and its subsidiaries, 212 Operating, LLC and 212 Oil Recovery Services, LLC, operate and provide oilfield services in the Permian Basin region of Texas. 212 Oil Recovery Services, LLC is the leading commercial tank bottom disposal company in the Permian Basin. Doing business as H2Oil Disposal and Recovery Services, we have facilities strategically located in Andrews, Garden City, Pecos, and south of Odessa, with more expansion planned through 2016. Supporting over 200 transportation companies and 400 producers, H2Oil ensures solids and oil/water separation for minimizing disposal hazards and maximizing resource conservation and recovery. We also have a fleet of trucks and large aluminum trailers that provide trucking logistics and field services options for our customers. 212 Operating, LLC is our shared services company dedicated to supporting the field services operations. Located in Houston, TX, our staff works diligently to ensure meet the needs of our customers and our employees in the field.
