At 241 Consulting, we specialise in providing small to medium size businesses with external support on all aspects of Retail Operations and Marketing - aimed at supporting our clients in delivering increased sales and profit. Whether you have internal marketing and operations functions or not, it can be invaluable to have third parties available to offer guidance and support and even to share problems with. We are two Retail Directors, who have a combined experience of over 40 years in the sector, latterly as Board Directors for a PLC chain of over 300 stores. Our approach is unique, as we both work with all of our clients to ensure you get a broader view on your business, from both an Operations and Marketing perspective. We don't delegate or subcontract our consulting work, so you will have our personal commitment to every project. We have worked in corporate environments and set up our own group of successful businesses, so we have a good understanding of a whole range of businesses in the retail sector. This broad understanding means that we can work with businesses from the smallest independent through to a national chain.
