HISTORY: 24K started in 1995 as a nightclub promotion on Wednesday nights at ‘Casablanca’ on the famed, Sunset Strip in the heart of Hollywood. Our debut as a nightlife promotion, 24K offered a unique décor and ambiance touched with golden accents, gold body painted dancers, still-life real-person mannequins and a socially exclusive environment which attracted celebrities, in some cases visiting international dignitaries and the Los Angeles elite each week and the like. Then known as Solid Gold, 24K formally changed its name in 1996 when the promotion relocated to Thursday nights at the ‘The Gate’ in West Hollywood amongst the high-end haven of boutiques in fashion, furniture, rugs, cafes and eateries that line the La Cienega Blvd leading you to Melrose and Beverly Hills. During this time 24K established itself as a leading taste maker in upscale nightlife entertainment. TODAY: 24K Entertainment is the bridge that connects and serves the residents of Southern California and the visitors from other parts of the country and the world with a "goldmine" of entertainment based directories and a news source for Food, Wine, Nightlife, Events and Attractions.
