24M Consulting is a Software Integrator based in Belfast. We specialise in building, optimising and migrating cloud-based software platforms. We work directly with organisations to create new software systems and optimise existing legacy platforms that are under-performing. We assist our customers in making sense of their data, optimising dataflows and data collection through proven tooling and methodologies. We provide the following services: Cloud-Based Application Development – design, development, testing and delivery of entire cloud-based solutions. Application Migration – migrating existing on-prem software solutions to cloud-based services. Data Migration - taking multiple data silos and implementing data migration strategies and tooling to de-duplicate data and migrate to new cloud-based services. Software Analysis – rapid profiling of existing systems to identify code, network and storage bottlenecks that are contributing to poor system performance. Software Optimisation – key software components and services that are performing poorly are refactored, reconfigured or replaced. Performance improvements are often in the order of a 60 second page load to 150 milliseconds.
