Nearly 20 years in the franchising world as a multi-unit owner, area director, and in coaching and support taught me one thing. It's not easy. It's not easy for franchisees. It's not easy for franchisors. In 2012, in an effort to improve the operations and profitability of my locations, I embarked on a mission to become an expert in everything related to marketing, automation, process, and overall business success. With the goal of making it as easy as possible for my managers to "be awesome at their jobs", we built a unique system, leveraging (among other things) the power of automation to help consistently execute a clearly defined strategy. The results were powerful. so much so, that in 2015 I was asked if I could make our "system" available to the other owners and operators in our franchise brand. We did, it caught on like wildfire, and 25 Forty Co. was born. 25 Forty Co. serves the franchisor and franchisees by initially working to help clarify and refine the model strategy, and then by building the necessary automation to help franchisees efficiently and effectively execute that strategy on a daily basis. We train and educate franchisees, and continue to serve as their direct and dedicated support for everything related to their automation. freeing them to focus on building their business. We continue to work with the franchisor's support team to ideate campaigns and adjustment strategy, then we handle the building and implementation. freeing the support team and C-level executives to focus on growing the brand. We are uniquely qualified to work with franchise brands because we have spent decades in every seat. on the franchisor side, and on the franchisee side. AND we just happen to be strategy and automation nerds with a ton of experience building and supporting systems that actually work.
