I offer residential renovation and upgrade construction services sustained by crowd sourced and provincial grant revenue. Even though there is normally no money exchanged between you and me in this model, you would participate in media exposure that would help us generate money for materials, materials, money for expertise, and money to facilitate my other interests in Canadian health care, Canadian education, Canadian sport, Canadian transportation & mobility, and Canadian law, not necessarily in that order and not exclusively in Canada, but that is where we are. The site would have to be within about 10 hours driving distance of Calgary, AB. Of interest for you is getting to also participate in the design and construction of your home improvement. The amount of work you put in is of course up to you, because once a critical amount of funding is achieved, by definition of that amount's guarantee, I am ready to do it all. You also get a home improvement without having to pay me a cent. I have professional experience in traditionally funded home improvement projects. I take pride in my work and any warranty issues can be resolved within a month of substantial completion. If the improvement product is a kind that naturally wears out, like for example painted walls in high traffic areas, some of the funding can be defined as for your upkeep, to be given to you at completion. I of course also do such minor repairs and upkeep with traditional funding. For those larger projects, because much of the initial sweat equity is provided by me, I reserve the right to stop work in a safe manner if my progress on the project exceeds the progress of guaranteed funding and funding received, as we define it. The larger projects are more fun because it allows us to get to know one another and really build something!
