28 Thursdays helps you imagine the future for your team or organisation. 1⃣ Imagining possible futures for your team / organisation in order for you to make better decisions on what's next. This is especially important in the weird times we exist in that feel uncertain, and where we can't rely on what we've done before and need nudging closer to the edge of possibility. What this might look like as a project. Facilitation of 'futures literacy' L&D programs Design and facilitation of team planning workshops keynotes at offsites or conferences Research and reports on the trends, signals, and possible futures for your industry Curation of signals and/or trends Creation of artefacts, resources, or prompts MC/hosting of events Podcast guest spots 2⃣ New or different approaches to L&D. Usually because what you've got either isn’t fit for purpose / context / scale anymore, or simply doesn’t exist and needs building from scratch.
