Α. HISTORY The company “AK PRAXIS Constructional G.P.¨ is constituted of a team of professional architects, civil and survey engineers with vast designing but also constructional experience in private and public works of highest level and modern planning. The office started his activities in 1976 and deals with the development of structural analysis in public and private sector. In 1993 deals exclusively with development of studies that concern the construction of Athens Metro while, from December 1996, begins its systematic involvement with the planning, the study and the construction of private residences and professional spaces. In 2006 the company’s offices relocated in a new privately-owned space 220 m2 on 3 Kyvelis str, Gerakas, 500 metres from the Metro [Doykisis Plakentias]. B. PHILOSOPHY The deeper wish for a completed aesthetic proposal from the conception up to her concretisation in the area of private works (mainly residences) determined our brand in the architectural map. Our objective is the achievement of the user’s functional and aesthetic needs, using pioneering technical solutions and new materials meeting simultaneously all the requirements on issues concerning quality, reliability and economy of time and cost. The bioclimatic planning, the studied use of light, the automated central management of basic building operations, constitute essential tools for the creation of constructions, friendly to the environment and mainly with respect to the customer.
