2i Consulting exists to help people and organisations gain increased understanding and insight into their challenges and opportunities, to strengthen decision making and to take actions which have a positive lasting impact for individuals, organisations, and customers. The company's core services are one-to-one coaching, team coaching, leadership assessment and development and competency model design. Most work is delivered by 2i Consulting's Founder Director Bianca Ioannides. For larger-scale projects the company is able to bring in additional consultants and occupational psychologists with deep and broad expertise to support the design and delivery of interventions.
