Deze methodiek is ontwikkeld door Gina en James van Weeren in 1998. 2mens-Care is nu in ontwikkeling een nieuwe methodiek te ontwikkelen om bedrijven als levende organismes, archetypisch uit te kunnen meten. Alles heeft zijn eigen trilling en is meetbaar.
