Our Mission - We reduce recidivism and rebuild lives through the dignity of work. We Train - We provide job preparation training for those preparing for release from long term incarceration. We Mentor - We provide trained mentors to assist and encourage reentrants both inside correctional facilities and after they are released. We Deliver - The No. 1 barrier to getting and keeping a job for reentrants is the lack of affordable, reliable transportation. We work with employer partners to provide free transportation to and from work for as long as it is needed.
