2ndHeng Technologies is a company which provides consulting, training and business simulation services to enterprises and individual. Instead of providing services themselves, our real focus is to help the customers improve their own capabilities, to be their partner and friends in their adventure. Consulting: This type of service is designed for departments in mature companies and the SMEs. The scope of consulting covers management, strategy, evaluation, workflow, etc. Training: 2ndHeng Technologies provides skills training for junior staff to middle-level managers. Unlike the existing general skill training courses in market, most of our training courses are customized, and continuous. In practice, we found that for most trainees the customized and continuous courses make the training efficiency much higher than traditional one-off model. Business Simulation: 2ndHeng Technologies developed its own engine for business simulation, in which the trainees will play as the set roles and compete as different groups.
