The 3 GRAINS ethos stems from the ancient Roman Empire. A time when Augustus Caesar reigned supreme and Roman bakers used a range of stone ground ancient grains to produce flavoursome flatbreads. Fast forward a few (thousand) years and 3 GRAINS has adopted the traditional Roman baking method, while taking inspiration from ancient Roman recipes. The result is artisanal Italian pizza with a healthy twist. Thanks to the three-grain flour mix and the slow leavening process, a special lightness is infused, making every slice low in calories but high in taste.
