THE PLAN 30A local Properties launched by way of a very simplistic plan… ‘Let’s do what we love and have fun doing it.’ Which raised the next question. How do we do that? Again, simplicity was the driving force behind the answer: ‘Share what we know…with EXCELLENCE.’ Having established our core principle and mode of progress, we were off to the races! THE EXPERIENCE Fast forwarding to today, we are fully operational at our first location in Grayton Beach Florida. Specializing in real estate transactions along South Walton’s iconic 30A, we bring decades of local, sales, listing, legal and banking knowledge to the industry. THE LAUNCH At the time of our launch in the Summer of 2013 our team confidently offers the experience of over six hundred South Walton real estate transactions, nearly three decades of banking experience in commercial and residential property holding positions, and over a decade of entrepreneurial real estate experience in property investments and management. We carry both a CCIM® designation, reflecting our team skill sets in commercial and investment property, and a CRE® designation, indicating our affiliation with the Council of Real Estate–an organization of just 1,200 individuals internationally who have been invited for their real estate consulting expertise. THE PURPOSE The 30A Local Properties team is second to no individual or firm in their experience in and passion for the greater South Walton County community. We are committed to her heritage. Yes, we show up everyday to earn a living, and it is true that we are involved in environmental preservation efforts in order to protect our number one asset. BUT…it really is bigger than that for us: This incredible stretch of beach is our home. This is where we were raised and are raising our own. This is why we fight for her.
