I am a certified Performance Mindset Coach. I specialize in working with your elite student-athlete to get out of their head and into the game by building a winning mindset so they can excel in their sport and compete at the highest level they dream of. As a former Division I athlete, I understand the pressures student-athletes face today. Through my program, The Competitive Edge Playbook, I partner with athletes to create a space where they can be mentally and emotionally SAFE to explore their fears, limiting beliefs, build confidence and set empowering goals not only for their sport for every aspect of their lives. I provide individual coaching sessions, team/group coaching as well as tailor and facilitate workshops to the specific needs of a team.
