360 Bariatrics

360 Bariatrics is a surgical weight loss practice led by Sheetal Patel, MD, FACS, a board certified general surgeon and a fellowship trained bariatric surgeon. Dr. Patel is the medical director of the bariatric surgery program at The Medical Center of Plano. Dr. Patel offers minimally invasive approaches to weight loss. These include adjustable gastric banding, sleeve gastrectomy, gastric bypass and revision surgery. Additionally, Dr. Patel utilizes the most advanced technology in minimally invasive surgery, the da Vinci Robotic System. Dr. Patel also performs general surgical procedures involving diseases of the gallbladder, colon, small bowel, spleen, stomach, breast, thyroid and parathyroid. She performs hernia repairs and routine office procedures (skin biopsies and removal of skin lesions, lipomas and cysts).
