Welcome to Living Vitally, a state that we all aspire to! If you found this site, I'm guessing that the current state of your life is less than vital. Low vitality and poor health, in my experience, makes it difficult for one to be effective in the world, or to fulfil one's purpose. I also realized the challenge we have in taking control of negative feelings, most commonly activated from our thinking, which together create our day-day reality. These are the forerunners of declining health and overall wellbeing.
