Bruns Brennan Berry Pikulin & Jacobs is a full-service transactional entertainment law firm practicing in all areas of film, television and new media. The firm handles a wide variety of entertainment matters and possesses comprehensive expertise in film financing and distribution, development and production legal services for feature films and television series, film and television development and personal representation of writers, directors and producers. The firm was founded in New York in 2010 by partners Emerson E. Bruns, Paul Brennan and Hamish Berry, who collectively possess over 50 years of entertainment legal experience. In 2016 the firm opened its office in Santa Monica, California, and in 2022 it opened its third office in Nashville, Tennessee.
