3biotix is an emerging Israeli start-up company recognized and supported by the Israeli Innovation Authority. Located in the Negev desert, we specialize in developing innovative biofilm solutions aimed at eliminating difficult-to-treat fungal and bacterial infections. Originating from Hebrew University's Biofilm Research Lab pioneered by Professor Doron Steinberg, the inventor of PerioChip for treating periodontitis, our research focuses on discovering novel combination therapies to overcome resistance and disrupt biofilms driving chronic and recurrent infections. Our leading development is a new drug combination for Recurrent Vulvovaginal Candidiasis (RVVC), a stubborn chronic vaginitis unresponsive to conventional treatments. We aim to transform standards of care by pioneering best-in-class antimicrobial therapies that provide more effective solutions for overcoming infection persistence and recurrence.
