3C Group was established in February 2013 with the intention of developing a range of end to end solutions for the telecommunications and financial services industries. 3C specialises in the development of secure machine-to-machine (M2M) communication solutions for the Banking and Financial services industry. The Company’s key offering is the 3C Secure Network ("3CSN") Solution. The 3CSN solution is specially designed for the Banking and Financial services industry. It is a versatile, secure technology which can be deployed using any local telecommunications provider and utilised in a broad range of financial transaction equipment. It is complemented by 3C’s proprietary operating software (BOSS) for real-time management and monitoring of ATM fleets. Together, these offerings enable the secure, wireless implementation of an end-to-end communications, transaction and monitoring solution suitable for ATMs, financial kiosks, mobile bank branches and small bank branch offices. The 3CSN solution can be deployed anywhere that has cellular data coverage, making it cheaper and easier to install than traditional fixed line connections which operate using either a single telecommunications or satellite technology provider. The 3CSN solution architecture can be widely deployed in the transaction banking market which requires vertical, secure, highly reliable and consistent real time response on a machine-to-machine (M2M) basis.
