2013 The year 3cep Technology was established, we started off by supplying phone parts, such as replacement LCDs, flexes, batteries etc. 2014 We did two million US dollars in sales, however, more and more similar trading companies opened up and we had to go into a price war, the result was that the profit went less and less. So….we had a “great plan”, we started sourcing from factories directly. Then more problems came, we didn’t know how to negotiate prices, we didn’t know how to perform quality control/analysis and the MOQ was killing us. 2016 However, in 2016, four new members joined our management, they are experts in Raw material, Negotiation with factories, Manufacturing and Logistic, and that has brought 3cep into a whole new world. We finally realized that dealing with factories was actually a very different game then sourcing from wholesale market. 2017/2018 Since we are pretty good at playing that game now and we have a network of manufactures working with us, we decided to share our resources with SMEs that are still having those problems, so we can have more clients and our clients can save more money while having a peace of mind and more importantly becoming more competitive.
