Ben and James’ understanding of not only the social work sector, but also of the importance of face-to-face relationship building, enabled them to go on and raise recruitment standards in the sector and striking the right balance for everyone. It was this shared ethos that led to Ben and James, who at the time ran two separate agencies, to launch 3D Recruit. This core objective of providing fully safeguarded, qualified professionals has been our driving force for the past 24 years and continues to be a central pillar of 3D Recruit's philosophy.
