The clear vision and entrepreneurial talent of our Founder, Shri Balkishan Goenka has made 3F Industries Limited a conglomerate with business pursuits in several different industries. He saw the Group as a catalyst for the promotion of industrial as well as social progress. Over time, the Group developed strengths in Speciality Fats, Bakery Fats, Edible Oils and Oleo Chemicals while diversifying into numerous sectors. The journey began with one plant in Tadepalligudem in 1960, and today 3F Industries Limited is an Indian MNC which enjoys over 50 years of commendable reputation in producing a range of products through its various facilities in India as well as overseas markets like Singapore, the Middle-East, Vietnam and West African countries. The 3F Group is forever exploring a new possibility, a new network and an altogether new way of simplifying business. While we began with edible oil extraction and refining, we realised that vertical and horizontal integrations were the secret to higher value additions. 3F thus began its journey into Oil Palm Cultivation, manufacturing of Edible Oils and its by-products, Bakery Shortenings and Margarine, Speciality & Confectionery Fats. Our expertise in these areas has brought us recognition as one of the largest ‘Bakery Fat & Margarine’ manufacturers in India and ‘World Leaders in Speciality Fats (CBS) Technology.’ We also have a joint venture with one of the leaders in Oils, Fats & Food Ingredients. Our portfolio includes – Oil Seeds Processing, Refining, Splitting, Hydrogenation, Fractionation producing Fatty acids, Stearic acid, Glycerine, Waxes, Soap noodles & Toilet soaps, Bakery fats, Margarine, Fats for Frozen Desserts, Oleochemicals and Speciality Fats etc. We are also engaged in Power Generation, International Trading in Commodities and R&D. Beyond business, we commit significant resources to philanthropic initiatives in education, health and community service.
