3ice

3ice is a new and totally independent 3-on-3 professional ice hockey league in north america. based on the 3-on-3, full-sized rink, overtime format, 3ice is uniquely designed to give fans the speed, skill, and excitement they love 100% of the time. every game consists of two 8-minute periods with a running clock to keep the end-to-end action moving at an unprecedented pace. no penalties- only penalty shots. no long intermissions or video reviews, just pure skill, creativity, playmaking, and goal scoring. what that means for fans is all hockey, no filler. the inaugural season-tour will take place in 2022 and will consist of 8 teams. each team will have 6 skaters and a goalie plus a coach. teams are not based in a particular city, but instead, all 8 of our teams will visit each tour-city and play each other in a bracket-style format to determine a champion at each and every tour stop. this is the best part of hockey. this is 3ice.
