3T Collective CIC is built upon the idea that an individual should be literate in 3 subjects related to their personal development to be happy, healthy and fulfilled. The 3 truths are: Health -Mental Health -Physical Health Wealth -Material Wealth -Spiritual Wealth Love -Relationship with oneself -Human to Human Relationships -Relationships with our Communities These 3 truths were found through our own individual journeys; our team has a diverse range of lived, academic and professional experiences that allow us to provide individualised interventions based upon your individual needs. Our programmes range from financial literacy courses, entrepreneurship courses, health awareness programmes and the creation of content to help provide individuals with the knowledge to empower themselves in these areas. The services we provide can be delivered on a 1-2-1 specialist mentoring basis or in a group setting to help build stronger team dynamics. At 3T we believe an individual's potential is determined by their access to intellectual resources; these can be passed through communities, through family relationships or through those we grow up around. Through delivering information through multiple digital and face to face mediums; we aim to provide the essential education required to be a functional human being in the 21st century. It's where our school systems appear to be lacking; we teach our students many of the skills needed to earn money and provide value to society but school's do not provide the tools to find meaning in our own lives. It was through our own difficult experiences such as prison sentences, chronic ill health, poor mental health and turbulent relationships that led us to understanding the necessary tools for individuals to empower themselves to weather any storm.
